Auditing
Comprehensive, objective auditing can be undertaken to verify compliance against International Standards (ISO) and internal procedures or processes. Our auditing services help to ensure impartiality.
Our audits are focused around adding value by providing an unbiased assessment of the business to identify improvements, highlight issues before external audits, assist in developing efficiencies and share best practice protocols. We will discuss any significant findings with you and provide you with the completed audit report.
Implementation
We can provide fixed cost packages to implement ISO standards or attain other certifications. We’ll assist every step of the journey and manage the process, from booking the correct audit duration for your company, to receiving initial (stage 1), as well as certification audits (stage 2) from the assessment body.
In the first instance, we’ll undertake an initial review to provide you with a proposal, outlining the recommended support package based on your company sector, size, and the current systems in place. We’ll then conduct a gap analysis of the business against the relevant standard, after which we’ll create or develop documentation to comply, and then verify compliance of your processes. When developing your system, we’ll bear in mind consistency throughout the documentation and ensure relevant documents include your branding requirements. Throughout the process, we’ll minimise the impact upon your team by developing a management system that fits around your business.
Maintenance
After implementation, most clients opt for ongoing maintenance to ensure complianceis upheld in accordance with the respective standard. If you already hold formal registration to ISO standard, certification bodies recognise that many businesses utilise the expertise of consultants to assist in maintenance ofthe system.The actual level of maintenance will depend upon your internal resources and expertise. Maintenance is one of our most popular options to ensure your management system(s) is kept fully up to date and compliance is maintained both onsite and remotely. We will also manage and book certification audits from the relevant assessment body and proactively maintain ongoing registration in your behalf to ensure compliance is maintained.
Support
Ad hoc support and guidance can also be provided upon request which can be utilised to cover specific projects, annual leave or aid with general business improvement. Typical types of support delivered include:

Migration and Transition
There are no current changes planned for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001. As soon as we become aware of any future changes to standards we will inform all clients of the process, and support with any changes required. In previous years, we are pleased to report that we successfully completed the processes of transition/migration of the ISO standards with all of our client in good time. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 were both republished in 2015 and ISO 45001 became an international standard in 2018.
